About the author
Daniel Baulch
Daniel Baulch has spent more than 25 years working at the intersection of policing, investigations, professional standards, public sector integrity, workplace safety regulation, election integrity and anti-corruption leadership — across Australia and the Pacific.
He served as a detective on Victoria Police's Purana Taskforce, ran covert corruption investigations, and led Victoria Police's Professional Standards Command and Crime Intelligence functions before taking investigations leadership roles at WorkSafe Victoria and the Victorian Electoral Commission. From 2023 to 2026 he was the inaugural Deputy Commissioner (Operations & Technical Services) of Papua New Guinea's Independent Commission Against Corruption.
He is the founder of Integrity Solve, an advisory practice focused on integrity, investigations, financial crime and AML/CTF.
