About Daniel
A career built on integrity, evidence and public trust.
Daniel Baulch has spent more than 25 years working at the intersection of policing, investigations, professional standards, public sector integrity, workplace safety regulation, election integrity and anti-corruption leadership — across Australia and the Pacific.
A Purana Taskforce detective during the Melbourne gangland wars, he later ran covert corruption investigations, led Victoria Police's Professional Standards Command and Crime Intelligence functions, and served as the inaugural Deputy Commissioner (Operations & Technical Services) of Papua New Guinea's Independent Commission Against Corruption.
In January 2026 he founded Integrity Solve, through which he advises leaders on preventing corruption, strengthening governance and rebuilding public trust. He is also co-founder of True Comply, an AML/CTF compliance platform for Australian businesses captured by Tranche 2.
